The sea lion is very clumsy but in water the sea lion loses all his or her clumsiness ;there he or she swims easily and gracefully -a giant seal, more expert swimmer than the fishes themselves.

Sea lion are most intelligent and when captivity can be trained to perform clever and amusing tricks.
